A Fiscal Sponsor is a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service that acts as a guardian of grants and donations for a Project or Organization that does not have 501(c)(3) designation. One of the most common uses of fiscal sponsorship is to enable a project to apply for grants and solicit tax-deductible contributions through the fiscal sponsor.

Please provide all information that is relevant to the project or organization. All applications must include a clear overview of the proposed activities, projected budgets for at least the next 12 months, and a summary of the staff and/or board members associated with the project.
