If you ever wanted to make a difference, but became overwhelmed by the tremendous needs in many areas, and consequently did nothing. Then you are in the right place. Volunteer or support the Petya I. Edwards FOUNDATION and help multiple causes, homeless children and childhood cancer patients and their families.

The Foundation was started in the last quarter of 2009 by Ms. Petya Edwards. With less than a year in the United States and Texas, she has began to build a life after moving here from Bulgaria. Petya brought with her a passion for helping children. With the thought of duplicating her Bulgarian foundation in Texas, she quickly learned the social system here is much different and with much soul searching decided to concentrate all her efforts in the U.S. Thus, a new concept was born.

By working in conjunction with well established agencies and organizations, the Dallas based Foundation can, on a case by case basis, supply necessities that might not be covered by the standard social agency or organization. If the need is necessary to easing the current transition and helping the family gain more solid footing in their daily lives for the future, then it becomes a real consideration for the Petya I. Edwards FOUNDATION. We have chosen this method of facilitating the Foundation's funds and services to keep overhead low. Currently, 90% of all donations go directly to the aid of chosen shelters and nonprofits.
